EARTHx has an exciting new opportunity for a highly ambitious Business Development Account Manager to ensure the growth of sponsorship and exhibition sales across the clean technology industry.

Account Manager for clean technology should have the following qualifications:

  • Background and established relationships within the clean energy industry
  • Self-starter
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to creatively negotiate demands
  • Results-oriented, customer driven, organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline oriented environment
  • Thrive on teamwork and overcoming obstacles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Preferred but not required that the candidate possess a solid understanding of the non-profit community

Roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing credibility with “C-level” decision makers
  • Prospect and develop relationships within the clean technology sector
  • Create and execute call and prospecting campaigns that lead to a robust pipeline
  • Development of new opportunities in existing accounts
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
  •  Establish and manage partner relationships to drive joint opportunities
  •  Cold-calling new accounts
  • Properly updating Salesforce
  • This position may require late night and weekend work to attend networking event

– Base salary plus commission
