Marium Nisa, Chapter Chair

As CAMS' Business Development Manager, Marium Nisa is at the forefront of advancing the company's mission in clean energy. She specializes in delivering top-tier operations and maintenance, asset management, and remote operations services for renewable energy, particularly in wind, solar, and energy storage. Marium holds a bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy from the University of Saint Thomas and is currently pursuing Executive Education at the Wharton School of Business. With 13 years of experience in customer management, she has orchestrated multifaceted business development programs, encompassing marketing, communications, and market engagement initiatives. Her passion for service has led her to CleanTX, where she aims to foster an interconnected statewide ecosystem. Her vision is to unite Clean Energy professionals, legislators, and community members to synchronize resources, ensure grid stability, and work towards a sustainable and better future. Marium is excited to serve as the CleanTX Houston Chapter Chair.


Adrienne Mains, Membership Chair

Adrienne has a long, diverse career spanning multiple business platforms, primarily in the Energy sector. She embraces both standard methodologies and emerging technologies, focusing on energy transition activities.

With experience in project development, finances, marketing, event planning, and sales, Adrienne values building relationships and expanding opportunities for her customers. Representing Jones Power, a premier civil construction contractor, she enhances company visibility, develops new market share, and fosters customer relationships for long-term success.

Known for her friendly, people-first approach and business acumen, Adrienne has thrived in her 30+ year career. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, reading, and travel.


Elio Orta, Membership Chair

Elio is originally from Venezuela and has lived in Panama, Spain, Alabama, and he currently resides in Texas. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Elio has been working in the renewable energy industry for over 7 years now, focused on the development and construction of solar energy projects. Elio is helping CleanTX become the clean energy association of reference in Texas, working every day as Strategic Partner chair to help develop and maintain relationships across all our members in the Houston chapter.


Justin Scott, Programming Chair

Justin Scott specializes in commercial litigation, focusing on energy, construction, and real estate. In the energy sector, he represents oil and gas service companies, equipment manufacturers, and exploration companies in various disputes, including royalty payments and trade secrets. Justin also works with renewable energy companies, assisting in the development of utility-scale solar facilities nationwide.

In construction, he represents general contractors, property owners, and developers, handling warranty claims and breach of contract disputes. In real estate, Justin represents property owners and developers in sales and lease disputes, as well as lis pendens removal claims.

Additionally, Justin has experience in personal injury matters for clients in the energy and heavy equipment manufacturing sectors. He prioritizes his clients' unique business goals and objectives in developing case strategies.

Kevin Doffing, Strategic Partner Chair

Kevin Doffing, President of Energy Capital of the Future, a sales consulting firm specializing in go-to-market advisory and fractional business development services for the energy transition sector. Former Executive in Residence for Rice University’s Clean Energy Accelerator and Co-founder of Houston's Renewable Energy Alliance. Non-resident senior fellow and Director of the Atlantic Council’s Veterans Advanced Energy Project.

A U.S. Army veteran commissioned through Officer Candidate School, Kevin served in combat in Ramadi, Iraq. He later acquired and operated an oilfield distribution business in Houston, receiving accolades such as the Aggie 100 and Texas Governor’s Small Business of the Year awards. Kevin has led various veteran service organizations and received the Atlas Leadership Award and SBA’s Veteran Business Advocate of the Year Award.

Kevin volunteers on the boards of Impact HUB Houston and CleanTX and is a graduate of Leadership Houston, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, and Rice University’s Executive MBA program.
