The City of Georgetown, Texas (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from companies qualified and experienced in installation of commercial scale solar equipment. In particular, the City desires to purchase up to 200 kW of energy and capacity and associated environmental attributes/renewable energy credits from solar facilities to be installed at the new Westside Service Center located at 5501 Williams Drive Georgetown, Texas.  
The City will consider purchasing the system upfront as well as financing bids.  Under a Power Purchase Agreement arrangement the term could extend up to twenty-five years beginning no later than May 1, 2017. Only qualified solar contractors will be considered under this RFP. Proposer may submit more than one proposal.
