Entergy Arkansas, Inc. (EAI) has released final documents for the 2016 Request for Proposals for Long-Term Renewable Generation Resources (the “EAI RFP”).  They reflect consideration of feedback received to date on the EAI RFP from potential bidders and interested parties.

The final EAI RFP documents issued on May 26, 2016 are intended to be definitive.  Unless otherwise instructed, Bidders should rely on the final EAI RFP documents and EAI responses to Bidder questions in developing their proposals. 

Bidders must complete Bidder Registration in order to participate in the 2016 EAI RFP.  Absent a superseding notice, Bidder Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. CPT on July 5, 2016, and will be available until 5:00 p.m. CPT on July 8, 2016.  Bidder must duly complete, execute, and deliver to the RFP Administrator during the Bidder Registration Period, electronically or via courier, the Bidder Registration Agreement.  A Bidder’s registration will not be complete until Bidder also submits to the RFP Administrator an original of the Bidder Registration Agreement that was submitted during the Bidder Registration Period.  The original is due to the RFP Administrator no later than July 13, 2016, under the current EAI RFP Schedule.

The RFP Hotline will be available to Bidders from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CPT on each Business Day throughout the Bidder Registration Period.  Bidders may use the RFP Hotline to ask technical questions regarding the Bidder Registration Process.  The number for the RFP Hotline is 281-297-3758.
