GridNEXT 2020 Speaker

Shun-Hsien (Fred) Huang received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas, Arlington, in 2006. In 2006, he joined the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, where he is currently a manager in the Transmission Planning department.
