Senior Air Quality Planner, Clean Fleet and Energy Improvements
North Central Texas Council of Governments
Bailey Muller joined the Transportation Department of the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) in January 2016. She currently serves as a Senior Air Quality Planner. Much of her work falls under the Dallas-Fort Worth Clean Cities Coalition, the local chapter of a Department of Energy program focused on increasing energy efficiency in the transportation sector Her responsibilities include focus on electric vehicles and infrastructure, alternative fuels, government policy and readiness, and energy efficiency.
Bailey is originally from Chicago, Illinois. In 2015, she received a Masters Degree in Urban Planning and Policy with a specialization in Environmental Planning from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She got her Bachelors Degree from Texas Christian University in Environmental Sciences.
