Tim has over 14 years of experience in the power industry. As Director of Corporate Development for Vistra Energy (formerly known as Energy Future Holdings, and TXU before that), Tim was responsible for originating, screening, valuing and executing power plant deals, while working closely with private equity ownership. Tim’s track record includes a 180 MW PV solar development project (operational) and over USD $1.5 billion of CCGT gas plant acquisitions.
