GridNEXT 2019 Speaker

Danica Hershberger is the Managing Director of the Small Business Innovation Center at Bill J Priest for Dallas County Community College District. Danica has a passion and love for small business and entrepreneurship. She exudes creative and “upside down and inside out thinking.” Professionally, she was a Business Strategist for a group of entrepreneurs, helping them from ideation to realization. Prior, she was the Director of Operations at Republic Elite (post-merger) and Chief Business Officer of Elite Surface Innovations (pre-merger). There she created, implemented and managed the operating infrastructure. She has an MBA from Wake Forest University and received a BA in Economics and a BA in Business Administration from North Carolina State University. She has also been an active member of the Junior League of Dallas.
